1. Who is the love book written for?
This book is addressed to any adult interested in developing their capacity to love and be loved. I am addressing love and relationship in both a heterosexual mode, homosexual mode, and bi-sexual mode without differentiating between them, without making the assumption of prejudice of a primacy of one over the other.
I am making efforts to avoid the usual stereotypes of how women and men are traditionally identified.
Having said that, I am not allowing for cultural differences. This is hugely important. Cultural differences can make all the difference to what I am saying in this book. But it is not possible or within the scope of the book to differentiate between cultures. This is something that readers must do for themselves. I urge you to adapt the meaning of this text to fit your own cultural values and practices. I have not set out to subvert anyone’s tradition, religion or culture. This is purely a matter of personal choice from my point of view.

At this stage the book and recordings are only available as an e-book, and MP3 recording. In order to read the downloaded book you will need to have Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download a copy of Acrobat Reader for free by going to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and following the prompts. Once you have downloaded the e-book you can print it out if you prefer to read a hard copy rather than reading it on-screen. The MP3 recordings can be played on any MP3 player – or burned to disk.
